We ship with Fedex and UPS for most orders. US Postal Service must be used if shipping to a Post Office box. We reserve the right to select the method of shipping.
We ship to the 48 contiguous Uniteds States only.
Return Policy
You may return new and unused items sold by CJ&J Sprinkler and Pond Supply within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the shipping cost). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you ordered the wrong item, we will exchange it and charge or credit the difference in the cost of the item. "Free Shipping" does not apply for returns or exchanges if the order was your error.
